POM Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • Juice from 2-3 POM Wonderful Pomegranates* or 240ml POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • 60ml (4 tbsp) red wine vinegar
  • 60ml (4 tbsp) honey
  • 25ml (4 tsp) Dijon mustard
  • 4g (4 tsp) chopped fresh thyme or 0.75g dried thyme
  • 1g (1 tsp) fresh tarragon or 0.75g dried tarragon

Directions:

1. Prepare fresh pomegranate juice.*

2. Mix in a blender or shake all dressing ingredients in an air-tight container until well blended.
